1. Order Cancellation Requests

Cabeau processes orders quickly, and orders may begin processing within approximately 30 minutes of payment confirmation.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at support@cabeau.com and include your order number and cancellation request.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests when possible. However, because orders may be processed, packed, or shipped shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be successful.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it. In such cases, eligible products may be returned in accordance with our Return Policy.
